Question At Issue:
The appellant was disallowed Supplementary Welfare Allowance (SWA) by a Designated Officer (DO) on the grounds that she had failed to provide requested documentary evidence in respect of her SWA claim from June 2011. Also, the appellant failed to prove how she had supported herself since 2007.
